OnePoint Solutions, LLC brings an unparalleled depth of real estate expertise to its clients. Founded in 2008 to create lead-generating tools and capabilities for brokers, team leaders and agents, we work with our clients to deliver an optimal blend of real-world experience and innovative ideas.
In 2012, we launched our own innovative OnePoint Advantage program. Focusing exclusively on lump sum relocation service assistance and employee-wide discount programs, we perfected a unique approach to serving a neglected and under-served market. We enhanced our technology platforms, gathered data and established a track record that proves our technology and service approach delivers results.
In 2022, we launched MarketPoint, a white-labeled affinity marketing platform that delivers a public-facing website and administrative portal. We also modified our own OnePointAdvantage.com website, which provides a plug-and-play affinity solution for anyone who wants to leverage their relationships to generate unencumbered leads.

Leadership
Kim Cunningham – Founder and President.
The creative force behind our technology platforms, MarketPoint and OnePoint Advantage, Kim is responsible for the strategic direction of the company. Her career spans nearly 20 years, covering many positions and initiatives in real estate and relocation.
These experiences have given Kim many valuable skills, all of which are applied today, as she builds better technology, better marketing programs and better processes. Her strengths are: “thinking outside the box”, seeing connections that others miss, and using creative thinking to solve problems. Added to that is her ability to pull it all together, and implement!
Kim graduated from Drexel University with a B.S. in Business Administration, and resides with her husband in Valley Forge, Pennsylvania. She has served on Worldwide Employee Relocation Council planning committees, and has spoken on various topics at national and region relocation conferences.

Larry Brouder – Manager. Immigration & Global Mobility – Lucid Motors
A thought leader and innovator in the Global Mobility industry, designing and managing mobility programs in numerous global environments. A mobility program architect, Larry has managed the creation of web-based and people-focused service delivery platforms, mobile expense and expatriate tax programs, policy consulting services, and international relocation programs.
Christine Haney - Executive Vice President, Global Relocation and Referral Services – Douglas Elliman
Christine has over 30 years in corporate relocation and real estate experience, having held several managerial positions over the years. She currently operates as the EVP of Global Relocation and Referral Services for Douglas Elliman, the 2nd largest independent real estate company in the USA.
Christine has developed and implemented global strategies and programs designed to provide exceptional service and increased business opportunities, while forging relationships across a diverse sector of businesses.
Lisa Marie Horan - Director of Ecommerce - Platinum Technology, LLC
A strong technology professional, driven to support demanding ecommerce marketing initiatives. A master at leveraging data analytics & KPI's for continual improvement of CRO, AOV, and customer experience. Extensive knowledge of custom and commercial shopping cart solutions, third-party data integrations, payment processing solutions, SQL, email platforms, and cloud hosting solutions. Experience managing a team of developers and technology vendors to meet tight deadlines.
